VENERDì: Lavoro, casa, lavoro, casa, uscita con gli amici!!!

SABATO: dormita fino alle 19.30 SERA: allenamento = sollevamento birre peroni

DOMENICA: Super rigonfiamento stomaco... POMERIGGIO: Pazza suonata SERA: allenamento = sollevamento birre peroni
