(ASCA) - Roma, 13 mar - Per il secondo anno consecutivo la Rai vince il secondo premio al Promax Europe Awards 2013, il festival internazionale per i migliori promo televisivi dell'anno a livello Europeo, che si e' concluso ieri sera a Parigi. La Rai, che quest'anno era in nomination con tre progetti,''Canone'', ''Crime Collection'' e ''Catastrofi'', ha ottenuto l'ambito riconoscimento con il promo del programma di Rai2 ''Catastrofi'' ideato da Pierluigi Colantoni, della Direzione Comunicazione e Relazioni Esterne e con la scenografia di Elisabetta D'Agnano.

L'utile netto migliora del 4,1% sul 2011 arrivando a 74 milioni a fronte di un giro d'affari a 2,5 miliardi con un miglioramento del 4% e un risultato operativo a 211 milioni con una progressione del 5,5%. Il portafoglio ordini supera i 10 miliardi grazie a nuovi ordini per 2,5 miliardi. Il cda ha deliberato la distribuzione di un dividendo di 0,17 euro per azione.
Roma, 13 mar. (Adnkronos/Cinematografo.it) - Abbiamo trovato il nuovo Presidente della Repubblica. Si chiama Giuseppe Garibaldi (Claudio Bisio), ha 55 anni, e' un ex bibliotecario e, a tempo perso, pescatore di trote. La manovra maldestra di tre parlamentari traffichini (Giuseppe Fiorello, Massimo Popolizio e Cesare Bocci) lo trasforma, dall'oggi al domani, nel nuovo inquilino del Quirinale, tra l'incredulita' generale e i mal di pancia dei "poteri forti" (Pupi Avati, Lina Wertmuller, Gianni Rondolino e Steve Della Casa). E il buon Peppe, sostenuto dagli amici e da uno stuolo di collaboratori fedeli (Kasia Smutniak, Remo Girone e Omero Antonutti), e' destinato a dare una bella "scossa" all'ingessato e degradato mondo politico italiano. E non solo a quello.
E' Benvenuto Presidente, il nuovo film di Riccardo Milani - dal 21 marzo in 400 sale distribuito da 01 (producono Indigo Film e Rai Cinema) - "una commedia surreale di un paese surreale", come la definisce il regista, in sorprendente contemporaneita' con gli eventi che hanno segnato la storia recente del nostro paese, dal grillismo alle dimissioni del Papa. Eppure la sceneggiatura di Fabio Bonifaci (su un soggetto di Nicola Giuliano, anche produttore) non possiede poteri divinatori ne' e' stata riscritta in corso d'opera ma, sostiene Milani, "coglie un clima sociale diffuso e l'esplodere dell'antipolitica. Il film e' stato scritto tre anni fa. Il Movimento 5 Stelle c'era gia' allora, ma senza quell'esposizione e quella forza che possiede oggi".
(ASCA) - Roma, 13 mar - Il regista romano Gabriele Mainetti si aggiudica il nastro d'argento 2013 come miglior cortometraggio per Tiger Boy. La trama e' centrata tutta su Matteo, un bambino di nove anni, che si crea una maschera identica a quella del suo mito, ''Il Tigre'', wrestler del popolare quartiere romano di Corviale. La maschera diventa una seconda pelle che Matteo non e' piu' disposto a togliere. Quello che a prima vista viene scambiato per un capriccio, in realta' e' una drammatica richiesta d'aiuto per un disagio di cui nessuno si accorge. Il dramma di ''Tiger Boy'' e' al centro del cortometraggio realizzato nel 2012 dal regista e produttore Gabriele Mainetti, su soggetto e sceneggiatura di Nicola Guaglianone. Interpreti d'eccezione sono il piccolo Simone Santini, al suo esordio, e gli attori italiani gia' noti al grande schermo, Lidia Vitale e Francesco Foti, stati acclamati dal pubblico di tutto il mondo, segno che il linguaggio utilizzato ed il tema trattato toccano la sensibilita' di tutti. Costellato da successi internazionali e nazionali, e' stato premiato dai giornalisti cinematografici SNGCI per la forza narrativa di una storia violenta raccontata con particolare delicatezza per un disagio che diventa riscatto e liberazione negli occhi di un bambino capace di gettare la maschera solo quando si libera del proprio aguzzino. Non e' dunque il primo riconoscimento per Tiger Boy: finalista al Globo d'Oro 2012 e al David di Donatello 2012, arriva secondo al 42* Giffoni Film Festival (Generator +13). Anche le giurie internazionali hanno apprezzato il corto di Mainetti: Tiger Boy si e' aggiudicato il Renault Award for Best International Short Film (Academy Accredited), porta di ingresso per la selezione alle nomination per gli Oscar, all'interno del 22* Flickerfest International Film Festival in Australia. Grazie a questo importante premio ''Tiger Boy'' sara' proiettato in oltre 42 citta' del continente australiano. Ha partecipato al 28* Santa Barbara International Film Festival (USA) come unico cortometraggio europeo in concorso, grande riconoscimento per il giovane regista (classe 1976) da sempre affascinato ed influenzato dal modello hollywoodiano. Ha concorso al Children's India International Film Festival e al 27* Brest European Short Film Festival (Francia), dove si e' aggiudicato il Grand Prix du Film Court de la Ville de Brest attirando l'attenzione del pubblico canadese presente che lo vuole al Prends Ca Court di Montreal. Tiger Boy non e' un esordio alla regia per Gabriele Mainetti, gia' apprezzato per il corto ''Basette'' del 2010 e per altri cortometraggi. Il regista sta ora lavorando al suo primo lungometraggio.
(ASCA) - Roma, 13 mar - Lo stato della ricerca sulle staminali sara' al centro della puntata di ''Radio3Scienza'', in onda giovedi' 14 marzo dalle 11.30 alle 12.00. Le cellule staminali curano la pelle e gli occhi, ma molte altre potenziali terapie sono ancora distanti e al centro di casi giuridici controversi. 34 atenei saranno coinvolti in Unistem, una giornata di informazione pubblica sulle staminali illustrata da Michele De Luca, docente di biochimica all'Universita' di Modena e Reggio Emilia e tra i primi a realizzare l'applicazione clinica delle staminali e Fulvio Gandolfi, ricercatore all'Universita' di Milano.
