(ASCA) - Roma, 6 giu - Lo scorso anno sono stati proclamati
2.229 scioperi, il 6,5% in piu' rispetto al 2010. E' quanto
emerge dalla Relazione annuale del presidente della
Commissione di Garanzia sugli scioperi, Roberto Alesse. A
fronte di cio', sono stati 653 gli interventi preventivi
dell'Autorita', con un'efficacia che supera il 90% degli
adeguamenti. In sintesi le agitazioni sono state 1.339, per
un totale di 838 giorni di sciopero.
Confrontando i dati degli ultimi due anni, settore per
settore, si osserva che nel Trasporto pubblico locale si e'
registrato un aumento del 34% delle proclamazioni di sciopero
(da 346 a 465), mentre nell'igiene ambientale, cioe' nella
raccolta dei rifiuti, si e' avuto un aumento del 31% (da 270
a 355) e proprio in questo comparto (legato alle norme sugli
appalti, infiltrazioni criminalita' e patto di stabilita'
interno dei Comuni) l'Autorita' ha siglato un protocollo con
l'Authority per gli appalti la scorsa settimana.
OPer quanto riguarda invece la distribuzione geografica
degli scioperi, al Nord ci sono state 696 proclamazioni,
contro le 646 proclamazioni al Sud. In alcuni settori, come
l'igiene ambientale, gli scioperi hanno quasi tutti
riguardato la raccolta rifiuti con picchi in Sicilia,
Campania e Calabria.
Le cause di insorgenza del conflitto sono legate
essenzialmente al rinnovo dei contratti nazionali (21%), alle
retribuzioni (20% ), alle ristrutturazioni aziendali (13%) e
a motivazioni di varia natura politica (11%).
