Un twist con Chubby

La canzone di oggi è, probabilmente, una di quelle con più cover o imitazioni nella storia della musica leggera. Quella che vi propongo però è l'originale. A portarla al successo nel 1961 è stato Chubby Cheker e il brano è la famigerata "Let's twist again". Essendo del 1961 anche noi italiano non abbiamo perso tempo nel farne una cover come spesso succedeva in quel decennio. L'onere e l'onore è toccato a Peppino di Capri che ha raggiunto, nel 1962, il primo posto in classifica dei 45 giri più venduti. Io ricordo anche una versione dei Kim & The Cadillac all'inzio degli anni ottanta. In queste sere ci siamo divertiti a riascoltare e a ballare vecchi pezzi rock e questa è frutto di questi recenti ascolti. Preparatevi... Ne seguiranno altre a breve....
