Cosmos Carrara win after penalty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Chinaglia Arena saw a crowd turnout of 1457. carrara had chosen a strategic 4-5-1 formation. The following players had been chosen: Tortora - Dyer, Lysĝ, Pirondini, Bonsignore - Gkiavelis, Reiss, Marković, Larsson, Fidalgo - Schlaning.

Cosmos decided to use a 4-5-1 set up. Lineup: Purrucker - La Placa, Paige, Dülken, Gardziel - Došek, Vuorinen, Launoila, Costantini, Hasselborn - Mehrlein.

Cosmos were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. The left side created an opportunity for the visitors in the 9th minute, and Atte Launoila wasn't about to let it go by. Most important carrara player was Hċkan Larsson.However, Jean-Pierre Schlaning made a disastrous appearance. Klaus Purrucker performed admirably for Cosmos. Władek Gardziel on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 2
