LA DOMENICA DI RIPOSO IN SLOVAKIA

Ciao,
questa mattina mi son svegliato alle 7.15, anche se non avevo da andare al centro di riabilitazione, perchè la domenica è l'unico giorno della settimana in cui non si lavora neppure lì, e quindi ho accompagnato mio fratello ed i miei genitori a fare colazione e poi in giro a zonzo per la strade di Piestany, nonostante il caldo che in questi giorni ha cominciato a farsi sentire molto, dopo che i giorni scorsi, soprattutto lo scorso weekend quando siamo arrivati qui, era talmente freddo da costringerci ad usare dei giubbotti antivento (al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato pioggia, vento ed una temperatura tra gli 11 ed i 14 gradi)
Oggi non c'erano molti negozi aperti da poter almeno osservare, quindi abbiamo girato soprattutto per il parco, che è molto grande e comprende anche delle terme, e ci gira dentro anche un trenino che mio fratello e mio papà hanno preso per farci un giro mentre io dormivo nuovamente, stanco delle prime ore della giornata; in realtà ogni volta che vengo qui, dopo la prima settimana di terapia, trascorro molte ore a dormire la domenica, per riprendermi un pò dalle fatiche della settimana! mi capita ogni volta!
Dopo il pranzo, il resto della giornata lo abbiamo trascorso tra il centro commerciale e le vie del centro del paese, dove abbiamo incontrato alcuni nostri conoscenti, mamme e bambini che frequentano il centro Adeli come me, coi quali ci siamo intrattenuti anche per la cena e fino all'ora di andare a dormire
Domani mattina sveglia alle 7 per poter essere pronti per iniziare la seconda settimana di terapia:
8.30 logopoedia (a giorni alterni)
9.00 ossigeno
9.20 laser
9.40 criocontrasto
10.00 / 12.00 ginnastica
12.00 massaggi e fanghi
13.00 terapia manuale (a giorni alterni)
Questa volta mi hanno fatto un programma serrato, per cui lavoro 5 ore consecutive senza interruzioni; il mio terapista capo questa volta è Juraj, che avevo già avuto lo scorso anno come aiuto terapista: è un ragazzo giovane ma vi assicuro che mi stà facendo lavorare moltissimo e ci mette pure lui molta energia

SUNDAY REST IN SLOVAKIA

This morning I woke up at 7.15, even though I had to go to rehab, because Sunday is the only day of the week when you do not work there either, so I went with my brother and my parents to have breakfast and then strolled around the streets of Piestany, despite the heat in recent days has begun to be felt long after the last few days, especially last weekend when we arrived here, it was so cold that we are forced to use the wind-jackets (when we arrived we found the rain, wind and a temperature between 11 and 14 degrees)
Today there were not many stores open for at least able to observe, so we shot especially for the park, which is very large and also includes the spa, and a train running in it that my brother and my dad took us for a ride while I slept again, tired of the early hours of the day, in fact every time I come here, after the first week of therapy, I spend many hours sleep on Sunday, to recover a little from the fatigue of the week! happens to me every time!
After lunch, we spent the rest of the day between the mall and the streets of the town center, where we met some of our friends, mothers and children attending the center Adeli like me, with whom we were entertained for dinner and until the time of going to sleep
Tomorrow morning, wake up at 7 in order to be ready to begin the second week of therapy:
8.30 logopoedia (alternate days)
Oxygen 9:00
Laser 9.20
9:40 cryo
10:00 / 12:00 Gymnastics
12:00 massages and mud
13:00 manual therapy (every other day)
This time I made a tight schedule, I work for 5 consecutive hours without a break; my therapist this time is Juraj head, I already had last year as an assistant therapist:
he is a young guy, but I can assure you that is doing work much and he too takes a lot of energy You can see pictures taken during this week, is the exercise that manual therapy and speech therapy; to return to Italy we will also see movies
Now I go to sleep, it is very late
