Legge Stabilità, E. Letta fiducioso su modifiche in Parlamento
ROMA (Reuters) - Il vice segretario del Pd, Enrico Letta, è fiducioso sulla possibilit che in Parlamento vengano apportate modifiche alla Legge di Stabilit , dopo le critiche espresse trasversalmente dai partiti in particolare sulle misure fiscali e sulla scuola.
"Siamo fiduciosi che si trover alla fine una intesa. Per noi le posizioni poste sono importanti ma largamente condivise. Ho fiducia che si trovi una buona via d'uscita e una buona intesa in Parlamento", ha detto Letta al termine di un incontro a Palazzo Chigi con il presidente del Consiglio Mario Monti.
Letta si è mostrato cauto sulla proposta arrivata da alcuni esponenti del suo partito di introdurre una mini patrimoniale per estendere gli sconti Irpef ed evitare un aumento dell'Iva.
"Credo che si possano trovare soluzioni dentro i saldi di questa manovra, non attraverso aggravi ulteriori della tassazione", ha detto Letta.
Negli ultimi giorni il ministro del Tesoro, Vittorio Grilli, ha difeso la manovra fiscale contenuta nella Legge di stabilit , che prevede un parziale spostamento del prelievo dall'Irpef all'Iva, ma si è dichiarato disponibile a valutare modifiche in Parlamento a saldi invariati.
In un'intervista al quotidiano Avvenire, il ministro ha individuato in un fondo da 900 milioni pensato per fini sociali (dalla carta acquisti a misure per i giovani e per la ricostruzione de L'Aquila), il capitolo di bilancio dal quale attingere risorse per eventuali modifiche.
La manovra vale complessivamente circa 13 miliardi nel 2013.
A parte le misure fiscali, ieri il segretario del Pd Pier Luigi Bersani ha dichiarato che il suo partito non voter la Legge di Stabilit in Parlamento se non sar cambiata la norma che prevede, a parit di salario, un aumento delle ore di lavoro per gli insegnanti.
