Ipssar Soverato is a vocational Hotel
The school organizes a lot
During the first two years the pupils study general subjects and specific subjects (aimed at the hotel
world). The third year is the year in which the students specialize.
They can choose between : Kitchen (cooking), Bar /dining room (serving) and reception . In this year the professional subjects prevail over the common subjects and at the end of the year there is a qualification exam with a final certificate. The last two years (post qualification) offer a course for Technician in Restaurant
Services and Technician in Tourist services, with apprenticeships in Italy and abroad. At the end students obtain the diploma of “maturity”. |
