About work!

We are always running running b ut we have not enough time to do something… something special, useful, superfluous… also thetime to write an SMS takes a lot of time… and, sometimes, you can get up and talk with the person to whom you sent the message that, in 50% of cases, is only a few meters from you.

We are losing the human touch and the technology will help us!We are using more and more the social networks, and we prefer to send a photo on the cloud instead of talk and tell how wonderfulthat place: that’s incredible!

Some time we should to stop, every day we have to stop… above at work. I do not talking about lunch time or coffe break.. but I talking about a moment to look out the window and see that the World is not only Analytics who are telling us about we have to go, what to do, what to develop…

Personally, I can confirm that all deals, all the projects endedproductively, the good sales, and all the things successfully completed (concerning my work), included the business meeting, have had the leitmotiv of “a break out”. A break for a dinner… to close a deal… A break for a drink… to make clear… even a trip by car with a colleague… to discuss about leisure time.

Also the relationship with our boss or with our colleagues will doing well if, in addition to the working relationship, we willgrow up something else… something off the work… something strange… just only a lunch, or a gift for Christmas or just taking a walk on the street…

Therefore, I think that sometimes we have to get the fly mode to the phone and to the iPad, shutdown the PC… get off all the telephone and take 10 minutes with ourselves, with colleagues, with friends: That’s the best way to appreciate more our workplace and to do the best in what we do.
