(ASCA) - Milano, 25 mag - La quotazione in borsa di Sea
garantirebbe al comune di Milano risorse inferiori di circa
il 25-30% rispetto alla cessione del 50,1% del capitale della
societa' che gestisce gli scali aeroportuali milanesi. La
stima e' del sindaco di Milano, Giuliano Pisapia, che ha
affrontato il capitolo Sea durante la conferenza stampa di
presentazione del bilancio 2012 di Palazzo Marino.
Per il momento, ha detto il sindaco di Milano, il destino
della Sea resta appeso all'esito dell'accordo tra Comune e
Provincia di Milano sullo scambio azionario delle rispettive
partecipazioni in Sea e Serravalle. ''E' difficile prendere
decisioni se non sappiamo ancora come andra' a finire, ma
siamo convinti che andra' a buon fine, il conguaglio di
azioni Sea-Serravalle tra Comune e Provincia. C'e' un termine
fissato per il prossimo 15 luglio''. Da Pisapia una
precisazione: ''L'idea della giunta e' quella di lanciare un
bando internazionale sul 50,1% del capitale di Sea, ma si sta
anche ragionando sull'ipotesi di cedere quote Sea ai
lavoratori''. In questa prospettiva, l'ipotesi di collocare
in Borsa la societa' che gestisce gli scali aeroportuali
milanesi ''non l'abbiamo esclusa a priori'', ha chiarito
Pisapia evidenziando che ''nell'attuale situazione di
mercato, la quotazione in Borsa garantirebbe al comune di
Milano un introito del 25-30% in meno rispetto alla cessione
azionaria''. E per il sindaco di Milano non va dimenticato
che ''quando un buon amministratore cede proprieta' non sue,
ha il dovere di ottenere il massimo introito possibile''.
Sulla stessa lunghezza d'onda l'assessore comunale al
bilancio, Bruno Tabacci: ''Se noi collochiamo in borsa il 30%
di Sea - e' stato il suo ragionamento - non possiamo andare
oltre a una raccolta pari a 250 milioni di euro. E 250
milioni non equivalgono ai 750 milioni che si potrebbero
ottenere con la cessione del 50,1% della societa'. Sono
entita' diverse''.
L'unica certezza, per il momento, e' che il capitolo Sea
non avra' spazio nel bilancio 2012 di Palazzo Marino. Ma,
come ha precisato ancora il sindaco Pisapia, ''entrera' nel
bilancio 2013. Abbiamo la possibilita' di fare scelte diverse
su Sea sulla base di quanto emergera' in questo periodo''.
Da Pisapia, infine, una considerazione di carattere piu'
generale: ''Per avere a disposizione 1,8 miliardi di euro da
investire nel prossimo triennio e' evidente che il Comune di
Milano dovra' vendere immobili e quote societarie''.
