Ricevo da parte di Giusto Giusti e pubblico.Forse a qualcuno interessaDear Giusto, An important part of the IFP's mission is to provide training on the complexity of forensic human rights investigations. This past year our online forensic course on death investigations registered over 500 new participants from all over the world! The IFP is happy to announce that we have mobilized DNA experts to provide customized training and consulting for ongoing human identification projects in El Salvador and Guatemala. In Afghanistan, IFP Director Stefan Schmitt and Senior Forensic Consultant Dr. William Haglund have been providing training for criminal and human rights investigators on documenting and securing evidence of mass graves. Each year we offer two courses designed specifically for human rights workers. This spring we are offering a Crime Scene and Evidence Documentation Course for International Human Rights Investigators, which will be held April 21-25 at the Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy in Tallahassee, Florida. This course is designed specifically for human rights investigators working in the field who are often 'first responders' to human rights abuses. Though many of you may be involved in other aspects of human rights work, we hope that you will pass along information to human rights field workers you may know. This fall we will be offering our other annual course: Forensic Laboratory Services & Medical Examiner's Office Operations for Human Rights Workers in Fort Worth, Texas. We will be posting information on that course once the logistics have been finalized. If you haven't yet taken our online course, it is a great place to start learning about forensic investigations into human rights abuses. All the best,Lindsay WelchForensic Assistant
