CBK, Christopher & Banks Corporation
** For the third quarter of fiscal 2012, CBK posted net sales of $117.3 million, as compared to $114.6 million in the same period the prior year, and net income totaled $3.6 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $13.7 million, or $0.39 per share during the comparable period last year.
CBK is a specialty retailer of women’s clothing. It operates 637 stores in 44 states consisting of 386 Christopher & Banks stores, 171 stores in their women’s plus size clothing division CJ Banks, 55 dual stores and 25 outlet stores.
CBK , through its subsidiaries, operates retail stores that sell women's apparel and accessories in the United States.
