"Extr@" is a tv series for English learners. It's very funny and easy to understand. Most importantly, it's not frustrating! Compared to ordinary sitcoms, all the actors speak clearly and slowly, and it isn't hard to understand what's happening in each scene. Hector arrives from Argentina to meet Bridget, his penpal. His English is very poor, and Bridget finds it difficult to communicate with him. She's not really keen to host Hector at first, but then she changes her mind... Cover them up with a piece of paper, start watching a short part and try to figure out what the characters are saying, then watch it again with the subtitles, to read the bits you didn't understand.
