Dopo varie ricerche che ho effettuato in Internet in lingua tedesca ed inglese, ho cercato di chiarirmi come mai il mio binocolo Goerz Magon 8x24( del 1926) avesse sotto la solita sigla 8x24 la D.R.P.a.(Deutsches Reichspatent angemeldet) invece della classica D.R.P(Deutsches Reich Patent ).Il significato di quella "a" minuscola è proprio nel fatto che questo binocolo era venduto dalla Goerz come una novità, in quanto l'azienda Berlinese lo aveva già presentato e registrato all'Ufficio Brevetti Tedesco, ma stava aspettando solo la concessione definitiva del Brevetto Ufficiale.Dall'esame del binocolo Magon si evidenziano solo due caratteristiche che lo differenziano rispetto ad altri binocoli Goerz dello stesso periodo e della stessa dimensione (che avevano da decenni il brevetto D.R.P.)1 - il trattamento antiriflesso sulle lenti degli oculari2 - il campo WA di 150/1000m.Eravamo intorno al 1926-27 ed i binocoli WA della Zeiss (Deltrintem) erano già dal 1920 in commercio (1917 oculare Erfle WA) ...mi viene quindi da pensare, che l'esperimento e la registrazione di brevetto, riguardasse proprio questo esperimento di trattamento antiriflesso applicato esclusivamente sugli oculari (interno ed esterno).Sto cercando di reperire le registrazioni di quegli anni dell'ufficio brevetti della Germania...ma non sara' facile.Marco Bensi-2010 English versionAfter much research I have done on the Internet in German and English, I tried to clarify why my binoculars 8x24 Goerz Magon (1926) had the usual under the symbol 8x24 D.R.P.a.
