Oggi, dopo chissà quanto, ho acceso il pc (all'ottavo tentativo a dire la verità
) in modalità normale (non più provvisoria) e sembra funzionare ... temo però che prima o poi si spenga, come ha sempre fatto nell'ultimo mese. Il problema è che ogni volta che succede i miei download si interrompono di netto, così mi ritrovo a dover riscaricare i video in download (in questo momento ho "Pretty Woman" di Roy Orbison e "Every Breath You Take" dei Police ... è una delle mie serate romantiche
).Ultimamente credevo di aver perso anche tutti i file salvati sul mio hard disk esterno da 120 giga (è anzianotto lo so
). Avevo sù principalmente tutti i video musicali che sto scaricando, specie da Youtube, da circa due mesi (un totale di circa 580) e ormai avevo perso la speranza. Poi ho scoperto che non tutto quello che si trova e si legge su Internet è spazzatura. Un consiglio su come agire in questo caso e il recupero è stato perfetto. Anzi è stato più semplice del previsto:"command prompt" innanzitutto;in DOS, ho lanciato la funzione c:chkdsk F: /F;nel giro di pochi secondi ho eliminato i files rovinato che bloccavano l'accesso all'HD ed è stato ripristinato tutto
E' stata una bella soddisfazione, dopo una serata in cui il mio dialogo con il PC non è stato proprio quello di un gentleman
. Ora non so cosa potrebbe cloccarsi: nel giro di pochi anni, dal punto di vista tecnologico, mi è successo veramente di tutto
... non faccio l'elenco perchè sarebbe davvero lungo, diciamo che tutti i guai che possono colpire un pc e tutte le sue periferiche mi sono successi
.Passo alla scelta musicale per questa serata. Non vi propongo il brano che sto sentendo negli ultimi giorni:perchè il genere di musica può essere davvero indigesto;perchè il linguaggio che viene spesso usato in questi brani è di una volgarità impressionante
... e pensare che io ODIO dire parolacce
scelgo quindi l'ultima canzone di un gruppo che ritengo straordinario: "Wheels" dei Foo Fighters
. Li ho adorati specie per i loro video, questo è sicuramente più serio, ma loro si riconfermano ancora una grande rock band
