I dati che vengono caricati su Facebook diventano di effettiva proprietà di FB. Per cui anche alla cancellazione dell’account i nostri dati/foto/video/template e quant’altro restano a FB il quale può usarne e abusarne a proprio piacimento.Nel nuovo “Terme Of Service” sono comparse queste righe: "Youhereby grant Facebook an irrevocable, perpetual,non-exclusive,transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with theright tosublicense) to (a) use, copy, publish, stream, store, retain,publiclyperform or display, transmit, scan, reformat, modify, edit,frame,translate, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works anddistribute(through multiple tiers), any User Content you (i) Post on orinconnection with the Facebook Service or the promotion thereofsubjectonly to your privacy settings or (ii) enable a user to Post,includingby offering a Share Link on your website and (b) to use yourname,likeness and image for any purpose, including commercialoradvertising, each of (a) and (b) on or in connection with theFacebookService or the promotion thereof".E sono sparite queste: “You may remove your User Content from the Site at any time. Ifyouchoose to remove your User Content, the license granted abovewillautomatically expire, however you acknowledge that the Companymayretain archived copies of your User Content.” Se uno non legge i termini di un contratto, è pirla lui. Il fatto è che questi termini sono cambiati "in corsa". Mi sorge spontanea la domanda: quelli di FB avranno comunicato ai "vecchi" iscritti (con i vecchi termini dicontratto) il cambio del suddetto contratto? Mah...Con FB fateci quello che vi pare, ma non mettete foto (troppo) personali/dati (troppo) personali...
