David Linch, il regista di Blue Velvet e Twin Picks, ha un nuovo canale televisivo on line, il David Lynch Foundation Television, che, secondo il suo ispiratore "celebra la coscienza, la creatività e la felicità".Da oggi sul DLF.tv è possibile vedere il breve film (circa 14 minuti) girato dalla regista Amine Kouider su David Ware, musicista e uomo di forte aura spirituale che inevitabilmente riversa nella propria musica. Ware, che appare pienamente recuperato dopo il trapianto del rene dello scorso anno compare nel film dopo una intervista breve ai suoi abituali collaboratori (William Parker e David Cooper-Moore) e una più lunga e spezzettata al protagonista, inframezzata con alcuni spezzoni in cui Ware si esibisce in solo al soprano.Nella presentazione del trailer che vedete riprodotto qui sopra, la DLF.tv traccia una breve presentazione dell'opera che riporto:PREMIERING AUGUST 30TH 2011!"David S. In 2010, BBC reviewer Daniel Spicer wrote, "Ware's playing is astonishing, pushing the limits of brain, fingers and equipment, ideas rushing out in a stream of furious, liquid invention, with an almost superhuman precision." On Amine and David's first meeting, David said to him: "Good luck trying to finish this film." The luck was much-needed, as "A World of Sound" ended up taking over two years to finish. But, upon completion, film director and founder of DLF.TV David Lynch praised the finished product, telling Amine, "I love this guy, David S. Ware... and I love this film you've made for him, Amine...
