Le cifre le leggete nella nota sopra, certo è che i due autori (Richard Cook è scomparso nel 2007 e Brian Morton gli rende omaggio e dedica nella nuova versione) si sono costruiti una fama imperitura grazie ad un lavoro scrupoloso e difficile. Il libro, meglio dire il tomo, è reperibile in qualsiasi libreria ben fornita oppure in una qualsiasi catena libraria on-line, spesso, se italiana, con spese di spedizione gratuite. Io ho la terza edizione acquistata molti anni fa in una libreria di Amsterdam e la conservo con tutta l'attenzione ed il rispetto dovuti.
