Hallo, this is the first message in this blog.I hope that this blog would be useful as meeting point for students from Liceo Gobetti in Scandiano and the students from Riga, in order to know each others and work together at our project.First of all I will tell something about myself: my students already know me, but it would be useful for our friends from Latvia. I am Paolo Picciati, one of the teacher involved in the project, and I teach Drawing and history of art in a hight school in Scandiano, a small town near Reggio Emilia. The nick Piero Gobetti is not real, as it is the name of the school, and is referred to this person:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piero_GobettiThe project we would maintain is about art and architecture in Riga and the province of Reggio Emilia, with particular regard to our Middle Ages heritage. We would exchange pictures and informations about our towns and countries, and we hope we could meet each other in the near future.Paolo
