TORONTO (AFP) – Italian playmaker Andrea Bargnani scored 29 points and Amir Johnson sank the winning free throw with 2.7 seconds remaining Sunday to give Toronto a 102-101 home NBA victory over the Boston Celtics.The Raptors improved to 5-9 by snapping an eight-game losing streak against the Celtics, whose lone loss in their prior 12 meetings came in January, 2008. Boston fell to 9-4 but kept a 3 1/2-game Atlantic division lead over New York.A 17-1 Celtics run that saw Toronto miss 10 shots in a row allowed Boston to seize a 97-94 lead on a Ray Allen 3-pointer with 3:39 remaining.Boston big man Glenn Davis hit two free throws with 21 seconds to play to put the Celtics ahead 101-98, but Sonny Weems answered with a layin for Toronto and Allen lost the ball at midcourt with the Raptors recovering.Johnson was fouled by Paul Pierce and made both free throws for the Raptors to produce the final margin.
