The band was born in 2005-06 with the objective of being a "studio band", but from some month the presupposed ones are change. Cerbero is not a defined plan of metal, than it is not placed in a specific kind. Sure the sound it is mostly modern, without but scorning more of infuences “old school”. The drums is rifared to the thrash and the nu metal, while the guitars are nearer the metalcore, without to leave from part riffs nu-metal and leaves more on the death, compact rithm guitars and impact they constitute the sound extreme of the combo. the vocals alternate screams to growls, but without to leave from part the clean vocals that in sure pieces make it from landlady. Aggressive lyrics on the existential problems with often mean anti-religion. Cerbero è un progetto di metal non definito, che non si colloca in un genere specifico. Sicuramente il sound è prevalentemente moderno, senza però disdegnare di influenze più "old school". La batteria si rifà al thrash e al nu metal, mentre le chitarre sono più vicine al metalcore, senza lasciare da parte riffs nu-metal e parti più sul death, ritmiche compatte e d'impatto costituiscono il sound estremo del combo. la voce alterna screams a growls, ma senza lasciare da parte le parti pulite che in certi pezzi la fanno da padrona.
