Roma, 6 nov. - (Adnkronos) - Le 'Orestiadi di Gibellina', il festival promosso dalla Fondazione Orestiadi e diretto da Claudio Collova', hanno ricevuto il Premio della critica 2012, il prestigioso riconoscimento attribuito ogni anno dall'Associazione Nazionale dei Critici di Teatro. Il premio e' stato ritirato domenica scorsa dal direttore artistico Collova' al Teatro Sybaris di Castrovillari, nell'ambito del 'Festival Primavera dei Teatri'. Il riconoscimento pone all'attenzione del mondo del teatro eventi ritenuti significativi che, nel corso della stagione, hanno caratterizzato la vita teatrale. Nessun obbligo di riferimento a 'generi' o 'categorie' professionali specifiche, ma l'indicazione di idee, iniziative, formazioni, persone, che con la loro arte, la passione, il lavoro, hanno sviluppato la ricerca di forme teatrali sia sul piano artistico che in quello dell'editoria e dell'organizzazione. "Ludovico Corrao -si legge nella motivazione di attribuzione del Premio- storico fondatore e animatore della Fondazione Orestiadi di Gibellina, rivendico' e sintetizzo' il senso profondo della felice utopia d'arte e cultura cui seppe dar vita nei decenni successivi al disastroso terremoto del Belice. Di questa meravigliosa utopia, nel suo senso profondo, umanissimo e politico, sono state negli anni totalmente imbevute le ben trentuno edizioni del festival teatrale Orestiadi di Gibellina. Un'utopia d'arte e cultura che nel tempo si e' dispiegata coerente sempre lungo tre direttrici fondamentali: il rapporto con le culture del Mediterraneo, quello con l'arte contemporanea e quello con la migliore ricerca teatrale italiana ed europea".
