IL CAIRO (Reuters) - I Fratelli musulmani egiziani hanno dichiarato oggi che il loro candidato ha vinto le prime elezioni presidenziali libere del paese, sconfiggendo il primo ministro dell'ultimo governo di Hosni Mubarak e mettendo fine a 60 anni di presidenti scelti dalle forze armate.
Una fonte del comitato elettorale ha detto a Reuters che l'islamico Mohamed Morsy, ingegnere laureato negli Usa, ha un ampio vantaggio sull'ex-generale dell'aviazione Ahmed Shafik, anche se il conteggio deve ancora essere ufficializzato.
In ogni caso, il nuovo capo di stato con tutta probabilit rester assoggettato all'esercito ancora per un po' di tempo.
Infatti, in un altro colpo sul tortuoso cammino egiziano dalla rivoluzione alla democrazia, il consiglio militare al governo ha emesso un decreto che limita fortemente i poteri del presidente. Alla vigilia delle elezioni, il consiglio aveva gi sciolto il parlamento guidato dagli islamici.
"Mohamed Morsy è il primo presidente civile popolarmente eletto delll'Egitto", si legge sul sito ufficiale del partito Giustizia e libert della Fratellanza.

(ASCA) - Roma, 18 giu - Sulla raffinazione serve un tavolo europeo simile a quello adottato in Italia. Lo ha detto il sottosegretario allo Sviluppo economico, Claudio De Vincenti, rispondendo all'allarme dell'Unione petrolifera sul rischio della scomparasa della raffinanzione in Europa. Il sottosegretario, intervenendo all'assemblea annuale dell'Unione petrolifera, ha spiegato che ''la crisi della raffinazione e' strutturale'' anche per la concorrenza che arriva dall'Asia e che non ha necessita' di seguire i vincoli europei. ''Occorre - ha aggiunto De Vincenti - un tavolo sulla raffinazione in Europa analogo a quello in Italia''.

BERLINO (Reuters) - Secondo Berlino questo non è il momento per fare sconti alla Grecia, che deve attuare le riforme nei tempi concordati.
A dirlo è un portavoce del governo tedesco, all'indomani della vittoria nelle elezioni greche dei partiti pro austerity.
"Ora è decisivo che la troika si convinca che la Grecia si atterr agli impegni e realizzer a pieno le riforme concordate. Non è il momento per sconti di qualunque tipo alla Grecia" ha dichiarato il portavoce.
Stamane il ministro degli esteri tedesco Guido Westerwelle aveva aperto alla possibilit di una ridiscussione dei tempi per la realizzazione delle riforme da parte della Grecia, ferma restando la sostanza del programma concordato.
Ad una domanda sulle dichiarazioni di Westerwelle, il portavoce ha affermato: "Stiamo con quello che è stato concordato".

(ASCA) - Roma, 18 giu - Il rischio di chiusure delle
raffinerie, paventato dall'Unione petrolifera, non rigurda la
societa' Saras. Lo ha detto l'amministratore delegato,
Massimo Moratti, a margine dell'assemblea annuale dell'Unione
petrolifera.
''C'e' il rischio che si arrivi alla chiusura di alcune
raffinerie - ha detto Moratti interpellato dai giornalisti -
questo non riguarda noi. Pero' non significa che non bisogna
fare attenzione a tutto il settore''.
