** On its third quarter fiscal 2013, VRA posted net revenues of $138.3 million, a 14.2% increase year over year, and net income of $17.7 million, an increase of 36.9% compared to the same period the prior year. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013, VRA expects net revenues to be in a range of $147 million to $152 million, compared to $134.5 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012.
