** IMKTA posted record fiscal 2012 sales of $3.71 billion, its 48th consecutive year of sales growth. On its fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, IMKTA 's sales rose 9.5% to $991.8 million and net income increased 21.1% to $13.3 million compared with the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011. Net income for fiscal year ended September 29, 2012, increased 11.2% to $43.4 million compared with $39.1 million in fiscal 2011 totals.
