STROZZAPRETI WITH SHRIMP Post # 4 posted May 23, 2011 by melinda011 Strozzapreti 400 g, 4 zucchini, 150 g tomatoes, 1 onion, 600 g of shrimp, a sprig of rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper. Wash zucchini and cut into sticks, peeled shallots and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges. In a frying pan with oil, saute the zucchini and shallots, add the peeled shrimp. Bring to boil a pot with salted water, cook the strozzapreti, drain them, pass them in a pan with oil and add the tomatoes, zucchini, shrimp, shallots, salt and pepper.
