BAGHDAD – Iraqi officials say insurgents have targeted police patrols across Baghdad, killing one policeman and wounding seven people.Police and hospital officials say the policeman died when a roadside bomb struck a patrol in downtown Baghdad. Two policemen and a bystander were wounded in the blast.The officials say another roadside bomb detonated on Monday morning in eastern Baghdad, wounding four policemen.
