Former Holyoke Catholic girls soccer coach Michael Dupont denies child porn charge in Vermont

Michael W. Dupont, 37, of Chicopee, pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court in Burlington on Wednesday afternoon to a felony child pornography charge. He is charged with receiving a visual depiction of a Vermont minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct on adidas f50 adizero Nov. 23, 2012, the Press reported.

Federal Magistrate Judge John Conroy, after hearing arguments and f50 adizero trx fg testimony, including from Dupont’s sister, ordered him held without bail pending trial as a danger to the community.

Conroy said the evidence indicates Dupont solicited the minor to send sexually explicit photos f50 adizero of herself and that there were at least five underage victims based on his post-arrest statements. Conroy, who called the evidence “compelling,” said Dupont admitted he knew the girl was a minor, the newspaper reported.
