Roma, 5 dic. (Adnkronos Salute) - La crisi economica rischia di compromettere uno dei capisaldi della buona alimentazione, la dieta mediterranea. Riconosciuta due anni fa anche dall'Unesco come patrimonio della cultura mondiale. Ad assestare un duro colpo ad un modello vincente di benessere a tavola e' il peso delle difficolta' economiche che molte famiglie stanno riscontrando in questi anni. E a risentire della crisi e' proprio il momento della spesa. A stabilirlo e' uno studio italiano pubblicato sulla rivista 'British Medical Journal' firmato dalla Fondazione di ricerca e cura Giovanni Paolo II dell'universita' Cattolica di Campobasso.
