Domenica mattina io e mamma torniamo in Slovacchia: reincontrerò i bambini come me, i loro genitori, le ragazze del supporto, le terapiste, le infermiere, i dottori e il grande capo del centro di riabilitazione, Vladimir.Partiamo da Genova verso mezzogiorno per arrivare a Piestany (Bratislava) verso le 7 di sera, mi pare: il viaggio in aereo fa tappa a Roma per il cambio, perche' da Genova non ci sono voli diretti, e poi si va a Vienna, anzichè a Bratislava, perche' andare a Vienna è più comodo per le mie pappe, ed intanto poi ci vengono a prendere quelli del centro Adeli fino a Vienna ed in due ore ci portano a destinazione.E poi inizierò a lavorare, da lunedi a sabato per 2 settimane: la mia giornata comincia molto presto, di solito mamma mi sveglia per le 6e30 per farmi fare la colazione prima di andare al centro: anche lì ci portano e riportano ogni giorno con un servizio dedicato, comodo e gratuito.L'attività inizia alle 7e30 con la terapia di criocontrasto, per sollecitare i muscoli, specialmente delle gambe: prima mi mettono delle buste di fango termale caldo, che prendono dalle terme che ci sono lì a Piestany, e poi qualcosa di freddo, forse ghiaccio, non lo so perche' e' ricoperto da strofinacci blu e non si vede!Alle 8 si comincia con la ginnastica vera e propria, per 2 ore ininterrotte, con gli esercizi che mio papa' ha filmato e messo sul blog: queste cose me le fanno fare solo li', nessuno altro me le ha mai fatte fare altrove anche se dicono che da oltre 3 anni faccio riabilitazione; certo che per me e' molto faticosa e allora per farmi sentire dagli altri mi lamento continuamente, non è che piango proprio, diciamo che strillo o sbuffo o sospiro come gli altri bambini, italiani e non, che sono lì con me a fare le stesse cose.Dopo la ginnastica mi fanno 45 minuti di massaggi e di solito mi addormento per recuperare un pò le forze, prima di fare la pappa.Poi riprendo con la logopedia, l'ossigenoterapia, la laserterapia, e l'osteoterapia, tutte cose che faccio a giorni alterni.Alla fine di ogni settimana ci incontriamo con il capo del centro, il dottorone russo, che mi fa la visita di controllo e si fa raccontare dai terapisti e dai medici se mi sto comportando bene: di solito mi fanno i complimenti, davvero! infatti le altre volte che ci sono stato mi hanno dato una bella medaglia ed un diploma per aver frequentato con impegno il corso: io dico che è una specie di riconoscimento per essere riuscito a sopportare tanta fatica per 2 settimane.Insomma, qualcosa vi ho raccontato di quello che sto per andare a fare ma se volete sapere altro contattate mio papa'.Noi ci rivediamo a Genova il 13 marzo.ciao,Luca27 FEBRUARY SUPER LUKE BACK IN SLOVAKIASunday morning me and mom back in Slovakia: I'll meet the children like me, their parents, the girls in the media, the therapists, nurses, doctors and the big boss of the rehabilitation center, Vladimir. We depart from Genoa to arrive around noon in Piestany (Bratislava) at 7 pm, I think: the trip plane makes a stop in Rome for the change, because from Genoa there aren't direct flights, and we go to Vienna instead to Bratislava, because it's convenient to go to Vienna for my meals, and then while we are at take those core Adeli up to two hours in Vienna and lead us to the destination. And then I will start work from Monday to Saturday for 2 weeks: my day starts very early, usually the mother wakes me up to 6.30AM for me to have breakfast before going to the center: even take us there and show every day with a dedicated service, convenient and free. The activity starts at 7.30AM criocontrasto with therapy, to stimulate the muscles, especially of the legs: first I bring the envelopes of hot mud, which take the thermal baths that are there in Piestany, and then something cold, perhaps ice, I do not know why because it is covered with blue cloths and you can not see! At 8AM we start with the exercise itself, for two hours uninterrupted with the exercises that my Dad has inserted in the blog movies: these things will only make me there, because no one else has ever made me do elsewhere, even if say that I rehabilitation for over 3 years, certainly for me it 's very hard to make me feel and then I complain all the time, is not that just cry, cry or say that puff or sigh like other children, Italian or otherwise, which are there with me doing the same things. After the gym I do 45 minutes of massage and usually I fall asleep to recover some strength before making the jelly. Then again with the speech therapy, oxygen therapy, laser therapy, and osteotherapy, all the things I do every other day. At the end of each week we meet with the head of the center, the Russian doctor, which makes me the check-up and listen his therapists and doctors if I'm doing well: I usually make the compliments, really! In fact, the other times I was there they gave me a beautiful medal and a diploma for attending the course with commitment: I say it's a kind of recognition to be able to endure so much work for 2 weeks.
