ULTIMISSIME DALLA SLOVACCHIA

Ciao, oggi è il secondo giorno di terapia all'Adeli ed ho gia' diverse cose da raccontarvi: il viaggio è andato come previsto, tutto bene e siamo arrivati a Piestany verso le 7 di sera. Fa tanto freddo qui in questi giorni: la temperatura di notte va sotto zero e, alla mattina, quando usciamo per andare al centro di riabilitazione e' difficile trovare piu' di due gradi in giro per strada.Sono stato festeggiato dai terapisti al mio arrivo ieri mattina: subito la visita col dottorone per controllare il mio stato e le mie abilita' prima di iniziare il corso con le prime due ore di ginnastica, poi i massaggi, poi le prime visite con l'osteopata e la logopedista. Questa volta mi hanno messo in una palestra piu' piccola rispetto a quella dove ero andato le due volte precedenti, ma e' carina come l'altra, con tanti palloni grossi colorati; l'osteopata è cambiato ma a me sembra che mi faccia fare le stesse cose faticose, mentre la logopedista è ancora lei, la simpaticissima Teresa,

che purtroppo ieri ho visto per poco tempo perche' mentre ero lì da lei mi sono addormentato....Nel pomeriggio, prima di rientrare in casa, siamo andati a fare un pò di spesa: qui la roba costa meno che a Genova ma alcune cose non si trovano con facilità, per esempio alcune verdure che mi servono per le minestre sembrano introvabili, anche se ci sono dei bei negozi ed un grosso alimentari, nel centro commerciale dove andiamo, che è in centro al paese e vicino a dove stiamo noi.Mia mamma voleva comprare un pentolino piccolo per scaldarmi il latte ma non l'abbiamo trovato e quindi anche per oggi usera' la pentola grande che abbiamo trovato in cucina insieme a poche posate e nel pomeriggio proveremo di nuovo a cercare un pentolino da qualche parte.A presto, Luca.NEWS FROM SLOVAKIAHello, today is the second day of therapy Adeli and I have already different things to tell you: the trip went as planned and we arrived in Piestany at 7 pm. So cold here these days: the night temperature goes below zero and, in the morning, when we go out to go to rehab it is hard to find more than two degrees around the street. I was celebrating by therapists when I arrived yesterday morning: a visit with the ‘big doctor’ immediately to check my status and my abilities before starting the course with the first two hours of gymnastics, then massage, then the first visits to the osteopath and the speech therapist. This time they put me in a smaller gym compared to where I had gone the two previous times, but it's pretty as the other, with lots of big colorful balloons; the osteopath has changed, but it seems to me to make me do the same things tiring, while the speech therapist is still her, the lovely Teresa, who unfortunately yesterday I saw for a short time because when I was there with her I fell asleep .... In the afternoon, before we return home, went to do some shopping: the stuff is cheaper here than in Genoa but some things are not easy, for example, I need some vegetables for soups seem to be found, although there are nice shops and great food in the mall where we go, which is in the town center and close to where we are. My mom wanted to buy a small saucepan heat the milk, but we did not find for today and then will use the big pot we could find in the kitchen with cutlery and a few in the afternoon we will try again to find a pan somewhere.
