Joomla creates an admin account by default when installed, but it is nice to have other users for many reasons. Different user accounts allow you to track who did what, and they allow you to grant different permissions to different people.The first step to finding a free Joomla hosting account is to head over to your favorite search engine and do a quick search. Usually, joomla accounts the search engines know "what's up", and the top search results will generally be trustworthy. For instance, whenever I log into a Joomla site to change things or perform maintenance, I always log in with my own user id, instead of the default admin.
