Tunisia: Launch of the campaign for the election of October 23


The election campaign officially starts Saturday in Tunisia, for the election of a Constituent Assembly on October 23, the first election since the fall of the Ben Ali on January 14. Some lists 1424, nearly 11,000 candidates appear in the 27 districts of Tunisia, according to latest statistics from the higher independent body for the elections (ISIE) reported by TAP. Tunisians abroad, which will have 19 seats in the 218 in the future assembly, will vote in six districts (two in France, Italy, one in Germany, one for North America and one for Arab countries ).
