(Adnkronos) - Capacita' produttiva inalterata in Italia e senza operare tagli strutturali del personale, investimenti in tutti gli stabilimenti del gruppo in Italia dove verranno allocati futuri prodotti. E' questo quanto ha detto l'ad della Fiat Sergio Marchionne che poco fa ha incontrato al Lingotto i sindacati firmatari dell'intesa. In particolare, nonostante le difficolta' del quadro economico generale che non mostra segni di miglioramento, cosi' come le gravi difficolta' del mercato dell'auto, sia italiano che europeo, la Fiat "ha confermato ai sindacati la scelta di mantenere inalterata la capacita' produttiva in Italia e la propria intenzione di non operare tagli strutturali del personale, ferma restando la disponibilita' degli strumenti di sostegno al reddito, come previsti dalla legge". L'azienda, inoltre ha annunciato che "gli investimenti in Italia riprenderanno coinvolgendo tutti gli stabilimenti italiani dove verranno allocati futuri prodotti, basati su piattaforme globali del gruppo". In particolare per il polo torinese, oltre a quanto gia' previsto per lo stabilimento di Brugliasco, la Fiat ha annunciato ai sindacati che "a Mirafiori oltre all'Alfa Romeo Mito verra' affidata la produzione di una famiglia di vetture di alta gamma destinata ai mercati europei ed internazionali", mentre "per lo stabilimento di Melfi la piattaforma tecnologica verra' utilizzata anche per la produzione di Suv e Cuv. Per Cassino infine una piattaforma gia' definita e condivisa con Chrysler consentira' lo sviluppo dei nuovi modelli anche per l'esportazione". Sottolineando che la scelta e' "particolarmente impegnativa soprattutto nell'attuale contesto economico", la Fiat ha rilevato che e' necessaria "la piena e condivisa implementazione di quelle condizioni di competitivita' concordate con i sindacati che hanno firmato il contratto collettivo di gruppo, per questo -ha concluso- e' necessario che chi ha condiviso questo progetto lo difenda attivamente nei confronti di alcune minoranze determinate ad impedirne il successo contro gli interessi del Paese e soprattutto degli stessi lavoratori".
