Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware and H&R Block Calculate Impact of Health Care Reform on Small Businesses

WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 20, 2011 – WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- To help simplify several provisions of the health care reform legislation passed in 2010, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware (BCBSD) and H&R Block are providing small business owners with access to H&R Block's Small Business Tax Calculator.
