Savory Cheddar Cheese Rice Mold


Ingredients1/3 cup short grain rice (dry) 1/4 cup chopped onion (38g) 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 cup CBF Cheese Wizard 1/2 Tbs. olive oilDirections1. Cook rice according to package directions, rinse and set aside 2. Saute onions and garlic together in olive oil until lightly browned 3. Add onion and garlic mixture to the rice and combine with the Cheese Wizard. 4. Spread into a greased mold or several miniature molds and let set for approximately 1 hour or more.
