VALENTINE'S HEARTSHAPED CHOKOLATE ^^


INGREDIENTS:3/4 lb. - 1 lb. sweet chocolate (for cooking)PREPARATION:Chop chocolate finely. Place chocolate slices in a dried bowl. Put water in a large pan and heat to 122F. Place the bowl on the hot water and melt the chocolate slices. Keep stirring chocolates until the temperature of the chocolate becomes 104F. Pour cold water in another bowlCool the chocolate to 79F, soaking the bowl on the cold water. Again, heat the chocolate to 86F, soaking the bowl on hot water. Pour the chocolate into molds and chill them.*Makes 10-15 medium chocolates
