Si potrebbe parafrasare cosi (con un pizzico di cinismo) ciò che è accaduto in India,più seriamente si può notare come sia tutto sommato facile mettere in atto attentati tremendi con tecniche ed armi relativamente difficili da reperire.I terroristi che hanno messo a ferro e fuoco gli hotel di Mumbai sono penetrati nel territorio forse con dei gommoni dopo essere stati sbarcati da una nave al largo (impossibile venire direttamente dal Pakistan data la distanza e i controlli costieri) l'attacco poi è stato condotto nel più elementare dei modi,sparando all'impazzata tra la folla per terrorizzare da parte di una aliquota di attaccanti mentre altri si occupavano di "scegliere" tra i turisti quelli più spendibili come ostaggi,certamente gli attaccanti hanno studiato la zona imparando a conoscere gli hotel e la stazione attaccati,l'armamento utilizzato è molto efficace e semplice,armi automatiche ak74 e bombe a mano, tutto questo mette in luce la difficoltà di difesa da un terrorismo di basso livello tecnologico ma di elevato potere offensivo.
