SCANDAL PRISM: Espionage: Brazil and Mexico summit the United States to explain


  The governments of Brazil and Mexico requested, Monday, September 2, official explanations in the United States, in the wake of accusations made yesterday by the Brazilian TV Globo TV espionage Presidents Dilma Rousseff and Enrique Peña Nieto.
