Nishinomiya (Giappone)- Tutti ai nastri di partenza in Giappone per vincere la corsa che incorona l'uomo fortunato per tutto l'anno. L'evento, che si è svolto nel santuario di Nishinomiya nella prefettura di Hyogo, ha visto la partecipazione di 4.500 corridori. Aggiudicarsi la vittoria significava guadagnarsi il titolo di uomo fortunato dell'anno, avendo dalla propria parte la buona sorte per tutto il 2013. Alle 6 di mattina ieri erano migliaia le persone che aspettavano in fila per poter partecipare alla sfida della dea bendata. A vincerla quest'anno è stato un liceale 18enne, Doi Yuto, che si è aggiudicato un barile di Sake per avere trionfato nei 230 metri di corsa. Il secondo classificato si è dovuto accontentare di un sacco di riso. Nel santuario shinto di Nishinomiya, teatro dell'evento, si onora Ebisu, il dio giapponese della prosperit nel mondo degli affari.
