it is this advice that Daily Mail gives to its readers, following the veto that Belgium opposed to the American requests for a preventive support of Alliance for Turkey. Sun qualifies the Belgians of "pitiful". A legend accompanying the photograph of the Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt, indicates: "a Belgian guy about which nobody never intended to speak. Worried by a lack of chocolate ". The person in charge for the heading defense, Matthew Hickley, denounces a country "which drew from broad profits because of accomodating the administrative head office of NATO in Brussels and the headquarters in Mons". In a leading article, Daily Mail recalls that the "courageous chocolate manufacturers of Belgium refused to sell ammunition in Great Britain during the war of the Gulf of 1991, before being excused some thereafter". The former Ambassador of France in the United Kingdom, Daniel Bernard, would have probably found the word right to qualify this "small country", heart revealing of this méprisable Europe. This "small country" which proclaims its universal competence to give itself the right to judge all and all, as it claimed, at a certain time, to want "to open Africa with civilization and to abolish the draft of the slaves", for better plundering and violating Congo, and to exterminate 10 million people. Adam Hochschild, American journalist, inform us on the way in which Léopold II massacred Congo, in his book: "phantoms of king Léopold, or a forgotten holocaust". It estimates at 10 million the number of people exterminated in Congo between 1880 and 1920, are half of the total population of the country at that time. In 1880, Léopold II reigned in Belgium. Manifesto del futurismo nuovo

 

1-Noi vogliamo cantare l'amor della pornografia,
l'abitudine all'energia sessuale e alla temerità nel
sesso bruto.


2-La menzogna, il coraggio, la manipolazione,
l'audacia, il codardi, la ribellione, saranno elementi
essenziali del nostro arte nuovo.


3-La letteratura esaltò fino ad oggi l'immobilità
penosa, l'estasi ed il sonno. Noi vogliamo esaltare il
movimento aggressivo, pornografico, l'insonnia
febbrile, il passo di corsa, il salto mortale, lo
schiaffo ed il pugno.


4-Noi affermiamo che la magnificenza del mondo si è
arricchita di una bellezza nuova: la bellezza della
vulgarità. 


5-Noi vogliamo inneggiare all'uomo che tiene il cazzo,
la cui asta attraversa il mondo, lanciata a corsa,
essa pure, sul circuito della sua orbita.


6-Bisogna che il poeta si prodichi con ardore, sfarzo
e magnificenza, per aumentare l'entusiastico fervore
degli elementi primordiali.


7-Non vi è più bellezza se non nella lotta. Nessuna
opera che non abbia un carattere aggressivo può essere
un capolavoro.


8-Noi siamo sul patrimonio estremo dei secoli!  poichè
abbiamo già creata l'eterna vulgarità onnipresente.


9-Noi vogliamo glorificare la pornografia e le
guerra-sola igene del mondo-il militarismo, il
patriottismo, il gesto distruttore 


10-Noi vogliamo distruggere i musei, le biblioteche,
le accademie d'ogni specie e combattere contro il
moralismo, il femminismo e contro ogni viltà
opportunistica o utilitaria

11-Noi canteremo  la televisione dall'ampio petto, 
il volo scivolante degli armi. E' dall'Italia che
lanciamo questo manifesto di violenza travolgente e
incendiaria col quale fondiamo oggi il  Futurismo
nuovo.
