Newly-single Kelly Brook squeezes ample assets

She has been mending her broken heart by treating herself to some retail therapy.

And on Wednesday, Kelly Brook certainly pulled out all the stops to dress to impress when she hit the shops on Melrose Place in West Hollywood.

The 34-year-old star - who recently split from David McIntosh in a public break-up – showcased her cleavage in all its glory by squeezing her ample assets into a tight grey peplum top.


Kelly Brook has pretty much moved to Los Angeles and is making the most of the sun and the state side shopping. And who can blame her?

And it seems the British model and actress has fallen for one American high street label in particular. A couple of weeks ago she was spotted in a bandage dress by Bebe and yesterday she was out and about in the label's grey tweed peplum top.

Kesha's mother 'emailed Dr. Luke threatening

The mother of pop star Kesha allegedly fired off an email threatening to go public with allegations her daughter was raped by producer Dr. Luke if he didn't revoke her contract.

The pair are currently embroiled in a nasty legal battle after Kesha claimed in a lawsuit that she was 'sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused' by the 41-year-old producer over a period of 10 years.

Now it has been claimed that the singer's mum, songwriter Pebe Sebert, contacted Dr. Luke's lawyer last year, demanding that the 27-year-old was released from her contract or she would publicly speak about allegations he assaulted her.


In an email obtained by TMZ, Sebert allegedly writes: 'We, me and Kesha and her friends... like Lady Gaga, are going to make all of this Really PUBLIC, in the next few days. Luke date raped Kesha when she was 18...

After Kesha's legal team filed their suit, Dr. Luke filed his own documents against the singer claiming she is 'lying to get out of her legally binding contract'.

His lawsuit claims the star's suit has been 'engineered' by her mother and Kesha's new management company.

He also appeared to detail the email, accusing her team of trying to extort him by threatening to 'spread lies about him' unless he released her from her contract.

Kesha claims that the alleged abuse started early on when she signed her deal with the hitmaker, who is known for producing some of the biggest hits in pop music for the likes of Katy Perry and Britney Spears.



Dr. Luke allegedly made 'repeated sexual advances' towards her and 'would use drugs and alcohol to remove her defences'.

UsWeekly report that Kesha claims Dr. Luke allegedly gave her 'sober pills' and the following day she woke up naked in his bed 'sore and sick with no memory of how she got there'.

Kesha claims that Dr. Luke reportedly 'threatened that if she ever mentioned the rape to anyone, he would shut her career down, take away all her publishing and recording rights, and otherwise destroy not only her life but her entire family’s lives as well'.

The lawsuit also alleges that he also 'threatened her and her family’s physical safety'.

MailOnline has reached out to representative for both Kesha and Dr. Luke who have so far been unavailable for comment.

Kendall Jenner Lifts Ban On Kim Kardashian Attending Her Fashion

It looks like Kendall Jenner has had a change of heart! Kim Kardashian sat front at the Givenchy show during Paris Fashion Week on Sept. 28, after she was banned from attending her little sisters shows during New York Fashion Week.

Kim Kardashian, 33, sat front row on Sept. 28, watching Kendall walk the runway for Givenchy after her little sister banned her from attending her shows during New York Fashion Week. Kanye West, 37, North West, 1, and Kris Jenner, 58, all also sat in the front row supporting the budding model!

The Kardashians are never shy about showing off just how closely knit they are as a family. Kendall has been seen walking in some of the biggest shows during Paris Fashion Week, including Balmain and Givenchy.

Kim sat front row in a sheer black gown by the designer who also responsible for creating her stunning wedding dress! Kim’s daughter, North wore a similar style to her mother, sporting a black ensemble as well!

Doting mom, Kris spoke to Fashion Week Daily where she gushed over Kendall! “I’m just really proud of Kendall, because she’s worked really hard to try to get her sea legs and figure what this business is all about. I think she learned a couple of years ago how much work it is,” she said.

“She definitely has that work ethic gene and she’s not afraid to dig in and work hard. You know it’s not easy for these girls. That’s one thing I learned really fast when she got into this business,” Kris said. “It’s a ton of work and you really have to be strong and committed and know what you’re doing.”

Kendall wore a daring low-cut halter during the show paired with thigh-high peep toe boots. Her hair was parted down the center and left down while her eyebrows appeared to have been bleached.

Kris also took to Instagram to show just how proud she is of Kendall, captioning the pic, “Absolutely stunning @kendalljenner!!@GivenchyOfficial @riccardotisci17 #Givenchy #SS15 #pfw #proudmama”

During New York Fashion Week it looked like Kendall was trying very hard to be taken seriously as a model and to put some distance from her reality show family. The stunning beauty dropped her name and as HollywoodLife.com previously reported, she asked Kim to not come to her shows.

“Kim was invited to a lot of the shows that I was in,” she told LOVE magazine, according to The Cut. “She called me before and was like, ‘Hey, I was invited to the show, I just wanted to let you know. Do you want me to come?’ and I was like, ‘No.’”

So crazy! We are glad to see that Kendall has had a change of heart since Kim has always seemed to be her number one fan!

Witherspoon wows in red as she outshines Ben Affleck and pregnant Rosamund Pike at the premiere of Gone Girl

She's usually the main star, but Reese Witherspoon remained behind the scenes on the highly anticipated David Fincher film, Gone Girl, serving as a producer instead.

But the 38-year-old actress outshone the stars of the movie – on-screen husband and wife Rosamund Pike and Ben Affleck – at the premiere during the New York Film Festival on Friday.

The Wild star was ravishing in a red halter style dress that highlighted her slender physique, as Rosamund swathed her heavily pregnant figure in a flowing black gown. 

Reese also donned simple but elegant gold heels and channelled old Hollywood glamour with her blonde hair styled in sleek luxurious waves, with a side part. 

Meanwhile, Rosamund, 35, sported black pointed-toe pumps, complimenting her dress, which featured a turtleneck and thigh-high split.

She wore her hair slicked back in an elegant knot, opting not to wear any accessories. 

The actress kept her look simple, letting her blossoming baby bump take centre stage instead.

Rosamund is due to give birth in November to her second child with partner Robie Uniacke. 

Meanwhile, Ben, 42, looked dapper in a stately blue suit with a bronze tie.

Also present was Gone Girl star Emily Ratajkowski, who can be seen in Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines video.

She highlighted her stunning physique in a smashing red gown that also showcased her cleavage.

Gone Girl stars Neil Patrick Harris and Tyler Perry were also pictured, all suited up.

In the mystery thriller film, Ben stars as Nick Dunne, whose wife Amy vanishes on their fifth wedding anniversary.

Her disappearance becomes the focus of an intense media circus and Nick sees the spotlight turned on him when it’s suspected that he may not be innocent. 

The flick is based on the bestselling novel by Gillian Flynn and hits theatres October 3. 

Amy’s weight can be seen fluctuating during the movie, and Rosamund has discussed having to gain and lose pounds for her role.

'I think that was one of the big testing parts of getting the role,' the beautiful blonde said on The Today Show. 

‘I flew to St. Louis to meet David [Fincher]. I think he was watching what I ordered. Is this girl going to be ready to… gain the weight? So I showed him that I was.

'I had to fluctuate three times because of the way it was scheduled,' she added. 'I had to fluctuate about 12/13 pounds - gain it, lose it, gain it, lose it, gain it, lose it.'

The mother-of-one initially thought she could do it 'healthily' with foods such as avocados and macadamia nuts.

But she easily moved on to milkshakes, preferably chocolate vanilla malt milkshakes.

Meanwhile, Emily, 23, commented triumphantly on nabbing the role of Andie Fitzgerald in an interview with Vanity Fair. 

‘I didn’t want to act in high school because I was sick of auditioning for Nickelodeon, Disney mean girls, or the cheerleader,' she said. 

‘I came back to it when I had enough leverage to pick and choose. I got a dream role in a dream film.'

Many members of the wedding party were photographed heading to the rehearsal venue held at the Cipriani Hotel in Giudecci, reports The Daily Mail, including best man Rande Gerber and his wife, Cindy Crawford, and, of course, George’s BFF for life, Matt Damon.

Newlyweds Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were not pictured at the dinner, but they are also expected to attend.

George and Amal are set to wed this weekend, and The Daily Mail is reporting that Vogue will have exclusives on the photos and that all of the money will go to charity. This checks out, considering Anna Wintour is also in attendance.
