Not only does the playa mar feature magnificent views overlooking the Pacific playa mar, but natural beauty radiates and is embraced by the project. These playa mar is just a few minutes from the golf course and the sea is a couple of minutes from the natural splendor and sport fishing found at Manuel Antonio.

In addition, construction of an 18-hole golf course at playa mar is slated to commence soon. The municipal airstrip puts playa mar only 15 minutes by air from San Jose, a key consideration for the "time compressed" home or condo owner. The playa mar, though quiet today, is becoming the center of luxury in Costa Rica. Several large, high-end resorts are currently in both the design and construction phases, providing investors and residents opportunities for great appreciation over the next several years.
