Roma, 14 ott. (LaPresse) - "E' chiaro che se si decide che un bambino deve stare con un genitore questa decisione deve essere eseguita. Il problema è il modo in cui questo si fa". Lo ha detto il ministro della Giustizia Paola Severino, nel corso de L'intervista in onda su SkyTg24. "Casi come quelli del bambino di Cittadella di Padova - ha spiegato - purtroppo sono estremamente diffusi e dipendono dalle tensioni dei rapporti che ci sono tra i genitori. Più tesi sono, più i bambini soffrono". "Più un genitore vuole tenere per sè il bambino, più la tensione aumenta e intervenire con provvedimenti da parte del giudice è gi di per sé un problema perché intervenire sui sentimenti è estremamente delicato". Una volta poi presa la decisione, ha continuato, occorre trovare il modo migliore e più delicato per attuarla.
