Way to play Borderlands 2 Split-Screen on PC

You will need a reasonably powerful PC, two working XBOX Controllers and preferably two monitors / screens.

First connect your two controllers. Make sure one is player 1 and one is player 2.

Locate your Borderlands2.exe, create a shortcut called "Player 1". Right click, properties, locate target. Here is how mine looks like: "D:Borderlands 2BinariesWin32Borderlands2.exe" -AlwaysFocus. Add the "AlwaysFocus" modifier.  Create a second shortcut of Borderlands2.exe and name it "Player 2". Right click, properties, Target, "D:Borderlands 2BinariesWin32Borderlands2.exe" -AlwaysFocus -ControllerOffset=1 -SaveDataId=2. This will prevent the saving glitch and will make a separate save category for player 2 (SaveDateId handler).

Start Borderlands 2 through PLAYER 1 using Controller #1. DO NOT USE THE MOUSE. Switch to windowed mode. If you are running Eyefinity or a multi-monitor set-up, move this instance of the game to that screen. I suggest a 1280x720 resolution to start the testing.

Start another copy of Borderlands 2 using Player 2. Note: if you are running the game through Steam, please refer to this post. Thanks Elk_Cloner!

Use Controller #2 to control THE SECOND instance of Borderlands 2. Make sure you are windowed and the controller works. Do not touch Controller 1, make sure you use Controller 2 to skip through the intros, etc.

Download Gamers Window Relocator. The instance that is NOT on your primary monitor will reset back to your first monitor if you try full-screening it! Simply change the resolution to the resolution of your second screen and use the software to relocate your Borderlands 2 window appropriately and give it the "fullscreen" look.

Switch network mode to LAN on both games, and join one game with the other. It should show up under "find games".

Give your controller to your friend/girlfriend and enjoy.

I completed the game, but only dark side ending, how can i do light side ending? And for ps3 will add-ons for Star wars the force unleashed ULTIMATE SITH EDITION work from playstation network?

Not sure about the Ultimate Sith Edition but if you’re going for the Light side ending and the Redemption trophy instead of jumping down to fight Vader run towards the Emperor and kick his face in.

What Star Wars book should I start with?

Im trying to get into the star wars books. In your opinion what series or book should I start with?

The Truce at Bakura would be a good starting point, because it begins the day after Return of the Jedi. From there, I would go to the Courtship of Princess Leia, then maybe to Tatooine Ghost (If you like Han and Leia) and then to the Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn. I, personally, did not enjoy the Thrawn Trilogy because it was very complicated. In that particular trilogy, they introduce a lot of new characters and start to move towards really deep-space Extended Universe stuff. However, the Thrawn Trilogy is a vital gateway towards a lot of the Extended Universe books about Han and Leia’s children.

If you are looking for a simple, fun read, I would head in the opposite direction, and read the Han Solo Trilogy by A.C. Crispin. The Han Solo trilogy consists of The Paradise Snare, The Hutt Gambit, and Rebel Dawn. It tells the story of Han’s life from the time he was 17, right up until Episode 4. It explains things like how Han and Lando came to be friends, how Han won the Millenium Falcon, and how Chewbacca came to owe Han a life debt. It deals with some of Han’s early girlfriends, and kind of describes his bachelor life. I would reccommend it because of how closely it matches up with the star wars trilogy.

I posted the wikipedia link for every Star Wars book ever written- I would reccommend finding some of thse titles and reading the synopsis Wikipedia provides. In the back of some of the older Star Wars books, like the Courtship of Princess Leia, there is a list of Star Wars books as well. The list is older and outdated, but it’s a little easier than wading your way through the wikipedia list.

Is star wars prequel trilogy ever coming to blu ray?I want it on blu ray I won’t buy it until that happens . I only want the star wars with anakin not the old one.

 The only SW movie that is out on Blu-Ray is the Animated Clone Wars movie … I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for the others to come out on that format. Lucas and many others in “Hollywood” are not sold on Blu-Ray becoming the next big thing … there are also many who think it is a dead format. Personally I would go with the “dead” idea but I’m not “full in” on that yet. Don’t get me wrong, Blu-Ray does have much better picture quality and sound but not enough to justify the added cost of the player and new home theater equipment. There are tons of other “pros” & “cons” for this but going into that rant wouldn’t serve any purpose in regards to your question.

I wouldn’t look for SW to be on Blu-Ray, if ever, until after Lucas has brought all 6 movies back to theaters in a true 3-D format. Most “rumors” point to this happening in 2012 but again … I wouldn’t hold my breath. 

How do i convince my parents to let me buy star wars battlefront elite squadron.?Ok i really want star wars battlefront elite squadron and my parents won’t let me get it. It’s mostly my mom she thinks star wars is bad and everything. My dad would let me get it if my mom says yes but she won’t. Will having a Star Wars movie marathon ruin my interest in Star Wars?I was planning on having a star wars marathon tonight, but I started thinking that It might ruin my interest in Star Wars. Some friends of mine are having a Harry Potter themed party (fancy dress) and watching all of them (including the latest at the cinema). It's really fun to watch a whole set of movies!What are 3 different ships Han Solo piloted in the Star Wars series?I need to know at least 3 different ships Han Solo piloted in star wars and prefferably when he piloted them.His primary ship that he used throughtout his life was a Y-1300 stock light freighter called the Millenium Falcon. He got the ship from Lando Calrissian before A New Hope and used it to carry out his smuggling operations. He flew the ship in A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi. During Return of the Jedi Solo piloted a caputured Imperial Lambda-class T-4a shuttle called the Tydirium onto the Forest Moon of Endor, carrying the rebel strike team he was in charge of. He did not pilot any other starships during any of the films. However it has been noted through other material, mainly books, that Solo was at one point a swoop bike champion and former Imperial Academy student.
