(LaPresse) - E' stato rimosso il divieto di utilizzo dei vaccini antinfluenzali fabbricati dalla Novartis V&D adottato in via precauzionale a tutela della salute pubblica nei giorni scorsi. Lo rende noto l'Aifa, l'Agenzia italiana del farmaco. "Ciò - spiegano dall'Aifa - è stato possibile in seguito alle accurate verifiche effettuate sulla documentazione prodotta dall'Azienda in risposta alle richieste di condurre approfondite indagini su un possibile difetto di qualit presente in alcuni lotti di vaccino e alle concomitanti analisi straordinarie effettuate sia dall'Azienda, sia dall'Istituto Superiore di Sanit . Si sottolinea peraltro che tali lotti non sono mai stati distribuiti e quindi non sono mai stati presenti sul mercato". L'Aifa specifiaca che "gli ulteriori controlli, aggiuntivi a quelli che vengono espletati di routine, hanno confermato l'assenza di difetti di qualit sui lotti commercializzati. Ciò dimostra l'estrema attenzione e il rigore delle verifiche cui sono sottoposti tutti i vaccini, tali che, anche laddove si ravvisi la remota possibilit di presenza di un minimo difetto di qualit , vengono adottati prontamente provvedimenti cautelativi a tutela della salute pubblica che riguardano non solo i lotti su cui si nutrono dei sospetti, ma tutta la produzione nel suo complesso. Tali precauzioni sono particolarmente stringenti anche, e soprattutto, perché si tratta di medicinali destinati ad essere somministrati ai cittadini sani per la prevenzione delle malattie.
