Yes, this does indeed sound like Cactus Jack Radio. You can send him an e-mail to
cactusjackradio@hotmail.com and I am sure he will answer you. I got an e-QSL just 3 hours after I sent my report on his first day of broadcast. He seems very nice and very interested in transmitiing, and is located in Spain. I have enclosed copy of his QSL, and I will also forward you a copy of his reply to my report.
