Milano 25 mag. (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - Il 75% dei lavoratori italiani dispone di un accesso in rete sul luogo di lavoro, a un quarto del totale il datore di lavoro ha fornito uno smartphone con accesso alla rete, mentre circa la meta' del campione dispone di uno smartphone personale con accesso a Internet. Una connettivita' praticamente illimitata che, pero', senza un codice di comportamento condiviso, rischia di trasformarsi in una sorta di 'tecno-stress' generato dalla contrapposizione tra il 39% dei datori di lavoro, che pretende una reperibilita' 24 ore al giorno 7 giorni su 7, e il 31% dei lavoratori convinto che telefono, mail e Internet riducano concentrazione e produttivita'. Sono questi alcuni dei risultati che emergono dalla prima edizione del Work Monitor Randstad, l'analisi relativa all'andamento del mercato del lavoro svolta dalla multinazionale olandese in 29 nazioni nel primo trimestre 2012, che, in questa edizione, si e' concentrata sulle dinamiche generate nel lavoro dai dispositivi tecnologici, in particolare quelli dedicati alla comunicazione. Dallo studio di Randstad, secondo player al mondo nel mercato del lavoro, emerge chiaramente come i lavoratori italiani siano piu' sensibili (32%) rispetto ai colleghi stranieri alle sollecitazioni, e quindi alle distrazioni, che arrivano quotidianamente da telefono e mail e, in particolare, sono i piu' convinti (30% degli intervistati) che l'accesso alla rete sia un fattore in grado di far diminuire la propria produttivita' lavorativa.
