The program aims to answer the question;can students use Wii Fit to assess their own fitness levels and implement strategies in order to improve their own fitness and that of othersT he program also aims to reinvigorate a tired curriculum with a new and exciting approach to learning the key concepts of fitness, while ultimately developing an understanding of the importance of physical activity. Students will utilise the game Fit in conjunction with the existing practical based classes, where they will have the oppurtunity to ap Pandora Charms On Sale ply the concepts they have learnt during the Fit Are Wii program.
