Acli: Bottalico, urge piano industriale di rilancio del lavoro

(ASCA) - Cortona, 21 set - ''Le Acli indicano la necessita' un piano industriale di rilancio del lavoro e di re-industrializzazione selettiva per affrontare l'emergenza lavoro''. E' quanto ha auspicato il presidente nazionale dell'organismo, Gianni Bottalico, concludendo stamani a Cortona l'Incontro di Studi annuale sul tema ''Abitare la storia''. Il presidente e' detto in una nota, ha sottolineato che urge definire quali settori si considerano strategici, e su tali settori agire per evitare la dispersione di un enorme patrimonio di professionalita' e di competenze, frutto del lavoro di intere generazioni. Un altro grande banco di prova del nostro protagonismo sociale e politico di questi mesi ? ha aggiunto Bottalico - e' costituito dalla iniziativa che le Acli hanno assunto insieme alla Caritas sul progetto del Reddito di inclusione sociale, che ha contribuito anche ad accelerare la proposta del governo. Per noi si tratta di una tappa di un progetto piu' ampio perche' dobbiamo invocare risorse e strumenti per un piano nazionale contro la poverta' assoluta e nel contempo pensare a modalita' diverse di intervento per un nuovo mutualismo popolare, che si rivolga innanzitutto a quell'ampia fascia di popolazione che la crisi sta riducendo ad essere appena un gradino sopra al baratro della poverta' e che possiamo aiutare a non lasciarla precipitare nell'indigenza. Anche il ministro del lavoro Enrico Giovannini, intervenuto alla giornata conclusiva dell'incontro nazionale dell'Acli aveva parlato di mancanza di ''tutela contro la poverta'''. Bisogna fare molto di piu' - aveva sottolineato - per i servizi all'impiego e per realizzare anche in Italia la garanzia giovani, per far si' che ai giovani venga data una prima opportunita' di lavoro entro quattro mesi. Ma non ci sono solo i giovani, i disoccupati in eta' matura, gli esodati. ''Questa e' l'equita' di oggi e di domani - aveva continuato il ministro - giovani che hanno vite lavorative discontinue che futuro pensionistico avranno, si e' chiesto? Occorre realizzare un welfare basato sull'idea di solidarieta' tra le generazioni. Questi concetti pero' - aveva concluso - non dominano la discussione politica e neanche quella culturale''.
